From 2012 to 2020, we won eight International Property Awards.
We’ve been named as the Best Developer, Mixed Use Development and the Residential Development of Georgia.
In 2016, we became the best “Green Developer” at EUROPEAN CEO.
From 2014 to 2017, we were being constantly awarded as the Georgian Golden Brand. Along with the award for the Green Business of Georgia, granted by the Ministry of Environmental Protection in 2014.
In 2017, Lisi was also named Developer of the Year at the EEA Real Estate Forum & Project Awards in Kyiv. While the project “Lisi Green Town” was separately awarded in the categories of Residential Complex of the Year and Residential Community of the Year.
