Our Team

ABOUT US

Lisi Development was founded in 2010 and is the first development company in Georgia to implement green and innovative approaches in urban planning. In 2010, when we started developing the company’s largest project, the residential complex “Green City Lisi” around Lisi Lake, we introduced an innovative approach known as the 80/20 principle. This means that 80% of our projects is dedicated to greenery, while only 20% is allocated for buildings. Additionally, the project is developed with low-density construction, allowing us to create on average 150 m² of communal space per resident, which includes existing parks, squares, green areas, swimming pool zones, children's playgrounds, and additional infrastructure. Lisi Development’s goal is not only to establish a modern style and international standards but also to provide an ecologically clean environment where all conditions are met to feel special and safe every day.
