“Lisi Development” Wins BARTA 2025 Award for Best Annual Report and Transparency

The development company Lisi Development has been a leader in Georgia’s real estate market for 15 years, distinguished by its commitment to green development and innovative approaches.

In 2010, Lisi Development became the first company to introduce the unique 80/20 principle, meaning that 80% of its projects in the Lisi area are dedicated to green spaces, while only 20% are allocated to buildings.

Lisi Development is the only development company to have won this competition. The company has received this award for the third time.

BARTA was established in 2019 within the framework of a joint project on financial inclusion and accountability by the European Union and the World Bank.
