Lisi Development Company Announces Management Changes

Zurab Charbadze has been appointed as the new General Director of Lisi Development. Since 2011, he served as the Commercial Director at the company. From 1997 to 2011, Zurab held various managerial positions at TBC Bank, including Director of the Central Branch, Director of Credit and Asset Management Departments, and Project Director of the Branch Network.

Between 2016 and 2019, he led companies such as “Akhal Mitarebi,” “Kokhta Rooms Hotel Management,” and “Kokhta Development” as Director. Since 2014, he has also been the Director of “Georgia Real Estate Management.”

Zurab Charbadze holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from ESM Tbilisi.

There were also changes in the company’s financial department. Ruzi Qurmanashvili has been appointed as the Financial Director. Ruzi worked as the Head of Reporting and Budgeting for a year and a half at Lisi Development. She has extensive experience, including many years at Ernst & Young as an Audit Manager. Ruzi holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Caucasus School of Business (CSB) and is a Professional Level student at the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Additionally, changes were made to Lisi Development’s Supervisory Board. Ekaterina Shavgulidze was appointed as an independent member and Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board. The board now consists of: Deputy Chair and Member Nika Khazaradze, Member Bob Meyer, and Member Tamar Japaridze.
