Lisi Development Introduces New Resort District Buknari to Real Estate Agencies in Adjara

Lisi Development presented its new resort district, Buknari, to real estate agencies operating in the Adjara region. The event was attended by representatives from local and international companies based in Adjara.

Participants also toured the ongoing construction works in Buknari and got acquainted with the project details on-site.

Buknari is located just a 7-minute drive from Batumi, directly along the Black Sea coast, boasting a unique location where the sea and mountain air blend harmoniously. (Project location)

Lisi Development owns 9 hectares of land in Buknari, which will be developed gradually, taking into account low-rise buildings and low density.

The first phase of the project includes a hotel and apartment complex, featuring infrastructure such as an indoor swimming pool, a restaurant, sports grounds, and green areas. Completion of the first phase is scheduled for the end of 2025.

Lisi Development has established and continues to maintain a commitment to green principles in its projects, following the 80/20 concept — only 20% of the area will be occupied by buildings, while the remaining 80% will be dedicated to preserving existing greenery and developing recreational zones. The company aims to apply this standard in Adjara, at the Buknari project, designed for family vacations and also attractive as an investment opportunity.

Hotel-style investment apartments will be sold on a turnkey basis, including complete renovations, furniture, kitchen equipment, and accessories.

The project offers hotel-standard rooms ranging from 35 sq.m. to 70 sq.m. Each apartment has panoramic views of the sea and mountains.

The master plan and architecture of the resort district were developed through collaboration between Lisi Development and British architectural studios.
