Lisi Development presents the communication campaign for its new resort district – Buknari, with the central message: “Love at First Visit.”
Buknari is located on the first coastline of the Black Sea, in a uniquely beautiful natural setting. The area is distinguished by its microclimate, where the moist sea breeze blends with the oxygen-rich air of subtropical forests, creating an ideal environment both for relaxation and year-round living.
From the earliest stages of planning, the project has prioritized environmental preservation and sustainable development, fully aligned with Lisi Development’s 80/20 principle – dedicating 80% of the land to greenery and allowing only 20% for buildings and infrastructure.
This philosophy served as the core inspiration for the campaign.
In a sentimental yet playful video, we see an exaggerated portrayal of how lovingly and carefully Buknari’s builders treat nature. Since the project is still under construction, they are currently the only ones who get to enjoy Buknari’s magic firsthand.
The builders emotionally perform the song “To Build a Home”, as a symbolic message to Buknari’s future residents – for whom they are creating homes in a truly magical place... A place you’ll fall in love with – at first visit.

Buknari combines a 5-star hotel complex with premium-quality residential apartments, offering all the essential infrastructure - including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a spa and fitness center, restaurants, a commercial zone, a beach club, an aquapark, and a padel court.
In the residential block, apartment sizes range from 29 to 78 square meters, and residents can choose from various finishing options: white frame (shell & core), fully renovated units with a built-in kitchen, or fully furnished apartments complete with appliances.
